The ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Have retail management experience
  • Be organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • Create organizational systems along with opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and purchase requisitions
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the retail shop, including keeping the floors swept, disposal of recycling, and dusting
  • Process products and organize any other incoming supplies and inventory and ready them for sale
  • Maintain working knowledge and organization of all inventory
  • Manage inventory on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Process all sales accurately and efficiently
  • Answer all phone calls and be able to process sales via phone if necessary
  • Record all client information and recipient information meticulously and guard any information judiciously
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great in-person customer service skills
  • Ability to safely and regularly lift, carry, push, drag and move up to 50 lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the HA store
  • Available to work Wednesday - Sunday, 40 hours a week
